thank you. thank you so much. reading “These are big fucking deals and I’m very proud of you” just helped me breathe. it’s such a silently suffocating thing. i’ve never called it that in regards to myself, but “paralysis” is very appropriate. that’s exactly what it is. but i’m better than i was, and i’m proud of me too. :)
